Mopar Parts Department Procedures Guide Carlson Marketing Group This is a web-based reference tool for department managers in the Mopar Parts division of Daimler-Chrysler. It contains a dropdown menu to help the user locate parts department procedural information, and a troubleshooting advisor for problem-solving assistance. Award of Excellence. Deli team members from a major Midwest retailer learned food safety, product information, and customer service with this extensive web reference. This course was designed to teach a major Midwestern retailer's personnel how to close and balance cash register drawers, handle deposits, maintain the drawers, and generate financial reports.
